Never assembled my furniture
I ordered a bunk bed for my Son and everything went well until it was time for the person to come assemble the bed. Antowne L. wad assigned the job where they gave me a 4 hour window. My kid got out of school at the start time of the 4 hour window which was to only time possible for me to have this done but I still have to pick up the kids. That time was 3pm and exactly at about 2:55pm I left to go get the kids and of course Antowne shows up right at 3:05pm I spoke with him on the ring camera and I formed him we were 15 mins away please wait he said ok. He walked back to his truck and after about 7 mins he drove off and left never to return. I then rescheduled and was giving a later time to not interfere with picking up the kids and was assigned Antowne again and would you know he was a no call no show!!! I called the company and they had me wait while they try to reach him pr somebody else and that was unsuccessful as well. I asked what would be the possible ETA for someone to get this done tomorrow and was told very unlikely. I was so displeased at that point I just asked for a refund and now I'm suck with a huge box of wood that's about 1k pieces and I have no idea what I'm going to do all the while my Son is sleeping on the sofa.

Terrible customer service
Terrible customer service, ordered something that did not arrive on time and very poor quality compared to website. Charged an outrageous amount for return shipping to Illinois even though the product shipped from Las Vegas. The return address was iCanvas headquarters. Customer service lies and denies that iCanvas is the drop shipping supplier and said that return addresses vary because not all of Wayfair's warehouses accept returns. They have a deceptive practice of changing the brand names so you can't easily compare prices, in my case the iCanvas product was rebranded as Twillery co on the site (but not the packaging)

I am writing my third Trustpilot…
I am writing my third Trustpilot complaint about this company who has brought me zero resolution to my purchased back in February. They respond to every review saying that someone will be in touch. No one ever gets in touch with me. This is the worst company ever! At this point, you need to refund me my money. I CANNOT CONTACT YOU BECAUSE YOU BLOCKED ME FROM DOING SO!!!!

I haven't actually bought anything from…
I haven't actually bought anything from Wayfair in quite awhile. Today I got a notice that there was a fraudulent purchase with my credit card that I hadn't actually made. The card company told me I had to contact Wayfair. When I called in, they had already flagged the transaction and canceled before I could ask and helped me get my password reset to get my account secured again. Honestly, the best customer service I could've asked for. What could have been a very difficult stressful situation was handled with ease.

Total sham - cheap furniture, no replacement when broken
We ordered a sofa that was delivered on May 13th, and less than two months later it’s broken. You can see that the furniture is literally held together with staples, I can’t believe what a con this company is selling this kind of furniture. And no replacement because it’s been more than 30 days. Robbery.

Used merchandise
Ordered a kitchenware drying rack that arrived in a damaged product box covered in packing tape, and which was previously used. In addition, the anticipated refund amount deducted $14 for FedEx shipping. Never using Wayfair again, and will be initiating a chargeback action. UPDATE: In response to the Wayfair reply, there was no request to submit evidence of damage, rather, a lame redirection to contact the manufacturer directly to rectify the problem. Again, an extremely disappointing experience overall, and not one that I will repeat.

Scam scam
There delivery estimate is always wrong. My dresser was supposed to arrive last week yall, sh** is still in transit with at least a million issues. You wanna talk to customer service about your order yeah okay good luck, you are going to talk to 20 different people and get 20 different issues. I hate wayfair they are a scam. Before buying please search image on google first because there are always cheaper options. All wayfair does is mark up prices and change the name to it.

Ordered some counter height stools and…
Ordered some counter height stools and saw that they put them on sale literally 3 days later. I called the company to get some of my money back and they would not refund the money back! Won't ever shop here again. Too bad because I had other items picked out since we just bought a new house! Horrible way to do business!!

If I wish am allowed to give a ZERO…
If I wish am allowed to give a ZERO review because that's what this company deserved. I purchase a big item for over 1,000. Delivery was delayed and their customer service has no knowledge of anything. I paid for the assembly of my furniture they subcontract Angie's list. Angie canceled my app two times by sending a text one hour prior and resetting it days after. I talked to Wayfair about this poor service and a supervisor by the name of Michelle was nasty and rude. She basically didn't care and offered to cancel the assembly service. NO apologies nor courtesy to offer any other way to help. IF YOU CAN TRY TO AVOID THIS COMPANY BEFORE IS TOO LATE. This was my first time and the last time I will never use them again. Update.. still waiting for a contractor to assembly my furniture. They keep rescheduling the appointments, of course the job is already paid for so they don’t care anymore. 06/20/23

Obviously their mission to become popular has worked. They don't need to be a good company anymore. They will take the money and run. When the time is right, they will close up shop and reopen with a new name. It is hard to find a business with integrity anymore.

It took them WEEKS to arrange for a return of the first sleeper sofa I purchased which was the most uncomfortable piece of furniture I ever sat on or slept on. Then, they lost the first replacement sofa "in transit" and it took another several weeks for delivery. This doesn't even address the fact that it took nearly a month to get delivery on an item that was supposedly "in-Stock" STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

As I see some customers got damaged or not as good quality delivery in that case does wayfair takes responsibility for replacing and what about returning shipping charges?

I can't tell you what there policy is about damaged goods but if they describe it wrong, the color is not right or it is not the quality you feel made it a good buy then you will be stuck with paying the return postage. HORRIBLE POLICY! They use the excuse of using drop shipping vendors, but I don't see how that is part of the equation. I'm buying from Wayfair (we'll never again) they need to accept responsibility. Just stay away from them. Notice they never respond to this criticism, maybe it's because there is no good response. STAY AWAY FROM WAYFAIR. FAR AWAY.

In my case where they sent me a knock off product, they didnt admit to the "error", and just sent me the correct product afterwards. They said if they wanted the knock off product back they would send me a shipping label within 3 weeks... but they never did. Hence I now have 2 humidifiers, one real and one knock off.

Hi are you able to tell me if your product was noticeable when arrived. Meaning did it say what it was on packaging, or any pictures on outside? I am trying to do as a Christmas gift but would like for him to not know what it is. Please help, thank you

Need to call Customer Service ( a/k/a Customer Disservice) about any issue. Expect to be disappointed, but they may honor it. Best to avoid Wayfair in the future.
